     Pounce is used on barley, peas, canola, potatoes, corn, rye, flaxsugar,  beets, lentils, sunflowers, oats, and wheat . It controls  insects such as Colorado potato beetle,  corn earworm,  cutworms (army, pale western, red-backed),  European corn borer , fall armyworm, potato flea beetle, potato leafhopper, and tarnished plant bug. It works as a stomach poison and also by contact.

     Pounce should be applied once per season. For cutworms it should be applied during warm, moist conditions in the evening or at night. It can be applied by aircraft or ground equipment and use pounce at a higher rate for heavy infestations.

     Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. Wash hands immediately after use. Then wash thoroughly and change into clean clothes. Wear coveralls, hard hat, goggles, neoprene gloves, and rubber boots. Also wear a waterproof apron when handling the pesticide concentrate. Pounce should be stored in a cool, dry, and ventilated place. Do not store or use near heat or open flame. Keep in original containers.
