Lesson 9: Creating Speaker Notes
You can create notes pages while you are creating your presentation and then use them as speaker notes when you give a slide show. You can also create handouts of slides for the audience.
To create speaker notes:
- Make sure slide 1 appears in the presentation window, then click the notes page view button.
- Scroll the window down to see the text box. You may have to adjust the zoom setting to 100%.
- Add your notes for slide 1.
- To add notes to slide two, click on the next slide button.
- Add notes to slide two.
