Lesson 9: Creating Speaker Notes

     You can create notes pages while you are creating your presentation and then use them as speaker notes when you give a slide show. You can also create handouts of slides for the audience.

     To create speaker notes:

  1. Make sure slide 1 appears in the presentation window, then click the notes page view button.
  2. Scroll the window down to see the text box. You may have to adjust the zoom setting to 100%.
  3. Add your notes for slide 1.
  4. To add notes to slide two, click on the next slide button.
  5. Add notes to slide two.
