Aspirin every 4 hrs and counter steroid cream

 

Bright red visible blisters

Severe Sunburn

See doctor.Take Aspirin and cool baths with one half cup cooked oatmeal added.

Helpful Hints

-take cool baths-not ice cold but cool- do not put anything in the water like bathsalts, oil, or bubble bath.

-do not scrub or shave you skin. Use a dry towel and pat yourself dry.

-use remedies containing aloe vera.

-use light moisturizer or dusting powder

-stay out of sun

-see doctor if severe.

 

Cooked oatmeal in bath water and it will moisturize and stop stinging. If stinging and symptoms persist see doctor it may be severe.

There are over the counter drugs that help you. You can also get over the counter steroid creams.
