What are Goals?

When do you feel the happiest?

Remember the times when you had real joy in your life?

Maybe it was when you learned how to snow board.

Or when you first drove a skidoo.

Or maybe it was when you cooked your first meal.

At these points in your life when you feel the most satisfied or happy, you are either making progress toward a goal or have reached a goal.

Think of goals you have reached in the past.
Remember how you felt when you learned how to swim?
Or when you passed your driver's test?

In each case, you achieved a goal!

Goals are thoughts of what we want in our future.

Where do goals come from?

Goals come from us.

First we decide how we want our future to be.

Then we set goals to guide our actions

Imagine a 15 year old you know. . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

Now imagine that same 15 year old sitting down on a rainy day and writing out not one goal, but 127!

Yes you read it right, one hundred and twenty seven goals!
