The study of the Earth is a recurring theme throughout Saskatchewan Education's curricula. This theme box provides lessons, activities, resources, and Internet links at various grade levels and learning abilities. The Sample Unit targets Grade Eight but can be adapted to suit other grade levels.

The unit and many activities have been developed by Jade Ballek, teacher at Outlook High School, Outlook School Division #32.
