The internal combustion engine comes in a variety of forms. You may have seen one on your lawn mower, in your car or truck and even in a remote control car or airplane.

The engine that is found in your automobile and on your lawn mower is called a reciprocating internal combustion engine. These engines are Otto Cycle engines and use four strokes to turn gasoline in to motion.
